A collaborative and healing way to help manage loss.

Group of children in a circle

For group therapy clients, there’s power in numbers.

On its own or as a complement to individual therapy sessions, some clients benefit greatly from group therapy. This method offers the opportunity for clients to express themselves, be heard and feel validated. For young people experiencing grief, the group format allows me to help grieving children process thoughts, feelings and loss in a safe, therapeutic environment with their peers who have had similar experiences.

Therapy Groups

In each 6-session group series, clients have the opportunity to express and process emotion

in a safe and controlled environment, develop a new picture of self after loss and learn how

to use rituals and other activities to maintain continued connections with loved ones who

have died.
